It is manufactured, qualified, and distributed in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. It is traceable to NIST SRM 930e and has been analyzed using the double aperture method by high-performance UV/VIV/NIR spectrophotometer in the monochromatic spectral range of 190-800 nm.
