Descrição detalhada : PRONASE(R) Protease, Streptomyces griseus, nuclease-free is a non-specific protease that liquefies mucins and digests proteins to free amino acids. This mixture can be used to isolate living chondrocytes. It is most active at pH 7.0 but stable over wide ranges of pH and temperature. It has an optimal pH of 7.5. Pronase is less cytotoxic and produces more efficient dissociation than collagenase.
