Descrição detalhada : A cell-permeable purine compound that induces osteoblast differentiation in C3H10T1/2 multipotent mesenchymal progenitor cells (EC50 = 1 µM) and in MC3T3-E1 lineage-committed preosteoblasts. Also shown to induce transdifferentiation in pre-adipocytes and myoblasts. Its effects are reported to be synergistic with bone morphogenetic protein-4 (BMP-4). Reported to induce osteogenesis by activation of the Hedgehog signaling pathway., A cell-permeable 2,6,9-trisubstituted purine compound that induces osteoblast differentiation of multipotent mesenchymal progenitor cells C3H10T1/2 (EC50 = 1 µM) and lineage-committed preosteoblasts MC3T3-E1. Its effect can be synergized with that of BMP-4 (bone morphogenetic protein-4) and has been shown to induce transdifferentiation even in preadipocytes and myoblasts. Reported to induce osteogenesis by activation of the Hedgehog signaling pathway. A 50 mM (5 mg/192 µl) solution of Purmorphamine (Cat.
