The two pathways inlcude pyridoxal phosphate biosynthetic protein (PdxA)- pyridoxine-5?-phosphate synthase (PdxJ) pathway and the pyridoxal 5?-phosphate synthase subunit PDX1/PDX2 pathway. It is the active form of pyridoxine.
