Descrição detalhada : Reagent-cartridge CRBN-PEG3 is a reagent cartridge for the Synple 2 Automated Synthesizer that enables the synthesis of molecules for targeted protein degradation and PROTAC(R) (proteolysis-targeting chimeras) research. The cartridge contains all necessary reagents for linking the user selected aldehyde or ketone to the amine terminated linker through a reductive amination. This cartridge features a Cereblon (CRBN) recruiting ligand (pomalidomide) and PEG linker.
