Descrição detalhada : Sepharose(R) CL-4B is a well-proven cross-linked agarose gel filtration base matrix and is frequently used for coupling affinity ligands to the matrix. The matrix is not pre-activated and the user performs all steps in coupling.Sepharose(R) is a bead-formed agarose-based gel filtration matrix. Sepharose(R) is available with 3 different agarose contents; 2, 4, and 6%, designated Sepharose(R) 2B, Sepharose(R) 4B and Sepharose(R) 6B respectively, Both Sepharose(R) and Sepharose(R) CL have broad fractionation ranges which makes them suitable for characterizing or cleaning-up samples containing components of diverse molecular weight.Sepharose(R) CL gels are cross-linked derivatives of Sepharose(R) 2B, Sepharose(R) 4B and Sepharose(R) 6B. The cross-linked form of Sepharose(R) is chemically and physically more resistant than Sepharose(R) itself, offering the same selectivity with better flow characteristics. Cross-linked Sepharose(R) gels are resistant to organic solvents and are thus the choice for separations in organic solvents.
