Descrição detalhada : The SeqPlex(TM) RNA Amplification Kit for whole transcriptome amplification (WTA) is designed to facilitate next-generation sequencing (NGS) from small quantities or from degraded/highly fragmented RNA (e.g. RNA from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples). The SeqPlex kit allows the user to pre-amplify these and other small quantity/highly fragmented RNA samples for input into a NGS workflow. It also facilitates the amplification of non-polyA tailed RNA isolated from tissue, cultured cells, formalin-fixed samples, or serum while maintaining patterns of differential expression found in the unamplified sample.
