Sample preparation with the SILu(TM)MAb PK kit can be performed in under 5 hours and consists of coating wells with high-specificity capture antibody, followed by immunoaffinity enrichment and rapid, in-plate trypsin digestion. The resulting digest is ready for injection, with no SPE or other cleanup required.
