Descrição detalhada : Rapid test for the detection of E.coli O157 in foods, SINGLEPATH(R) E. coli O157 is an immunochromatographic rapid screening test based on gold-labeled antibodies. This lateral flow test is based on immune flow principle and is a convenient and simple-to-use, one-step device. This test provides a clear presence/absence results within 20 minutes after sample enrichment by avoiding the time-consuming and personnel intensive working steps. The lowest detection limit is regarded as one-colony forming unit of E. coli O157 (including H7) per 25 grams or ml of food sample. SINGLEPATH(R) devices can be decontaminated by autoclave, bleach, etc. No additional equipment expenditure is needed. For optimized enrichment, our granulated culture media is recommended.
