Method applied: Sulfate ions react with barium ions to form slightly soluble barium sulfate. The resulting turbidity is measured in the photometer (turbidimetric method).The Spectroquant(R) Reagent Test Kits contain highly stable, ready-to-use reagent mixtures to perform the analysis according to the procedure described in the accompanying instruction leaflet.
