Descrição detalhada : Transia(TM) Plate Washing Buffer is designed to be used with the Transia(TM) detection system. Transia(TM) PLATE is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay to detect pathogens in food, feed, and environmental samples. The test utilizes specific proprietary antibodies to create an antigen-antibody complex. The addition of substrate initiates a colour change reaction in the presence of the antigen-antibody complex, which is read with a microplate reader. The buffer is used between the incubation steps to remove any background samples or reagents during the assay procedure
