Descrição detalhada : Tryptic Soy Contact Agar + LT - ICR is designed for the determination of the total microbial aerobic count on dry, sanitized surfaces and personnel in Clean rooms and Isolators. It is a complex medium for cultivation and isolation of a wide range of bacteria, yeasts and molds. The formulation of the Soybean Casein-Digest medium contains a combination of casein and soy peptones supplying organic nitrogen, particularly amino acids and longer-chained peptides. The medium is supplemented with Lecithin and polysorbate 80 (Tween(R)) and pyruvate to inactivate potential residues of disinfectants on dry surfaces. .
