Run times are about 40% faster than standard tris-glycine gels. Cast gels can be stored at 4 C for up to 4 weeks and are compatible with standard staining and transfer methods. The TurboMix(R) casting workflow offer many improvements over standard processes.. Pre-mixed acrylamide buffer solutions save time and improve reproducibility. Flexibility: dilute resolving solution with DI water to any gel percentage between 8% and 15%. Quick Cast protocol allows simultaneous polymerization of stacking and resolving gels, saving even more time
