YPD Broth

Descrição detalhada : YPD Broth is a nutritious general liquid growth medium commonly used for the maintenance and propagation of Pichia pastoris, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and other yeasts. It is a medium used for molecular cloning, protein expression, or as enrichment media. Peptic digest of animal tissue provides nitrogenous nutrients. Yeast extract provides nitrogenous nutrients as well as Vitamin B Complex. Dextrose provides the carbohydrate and energy source to support the growth of S. cerevisiae.
