When the reagents of the MQuant(R) test are used up, the kit can be replenished by ordering the appropriate refill pack. Refill packs are available for a range of MQuant(R) test kits, making it a particularly economical and ecological system.MethodIn sulfuric solution zinc ions react with thiocyanate ions and brilliant green to form a blue-green complex. The zinc concentration is measured semiquantitatively by visual colorimetric evaluation.
