Descrição detalhada : A potent, cell-permeable, reversible, ATP-competitive and specific inhibitor of the protein kinase c-Raf (IC50 = 70 nM). Inhibits c-Raf with ten-fold increased potency compared to B-Raf, but does not inhibit many other protein kinases (even at 50 µM) with the exception of SAPK2a/p38alpha (IC50 = 2 µM) and SAPK2b/p38beta2 (IC50 = 2 µM). The inhibition of c-Raf by ZM 336372 is competitive with respect to ATP., A potent, cell-permeable, reversible, ATP-competitive and specific inhibitor of c-Raf (IC50 = 70 nM). Inhibits c-Raf with ten-fold greater potency compared to B-Raf. Has no significant effect on many other protein kinases tested (even at 50 µM) with the exception of SAPK2a/p38alpha (IC50 = 2 µM) and SAPK2b/p38beta2 (IC50 = 2 µM).
