Descrição detalhada : A potent cell-permeable, reversible, and ATP-compatible inhibitor of glycogen synthase kinase-3beta (IC50 = 22 nM) and cyclin-dependent kinases (IC50 = 180 nM for Cdk1 and 100 nM for Cdk5). Inhibits the proliferation of a large range of cells by arresting them in the G2/M phase of the cell cycle. Inhibits Tau phosphorylation in vitro and in vivo at Alzheimer's disease-specific sites.
