Descrição detalhada : A cell-permeable pyrazolourea compound that acts as a potent, ATP binding pocket-targeting, and JNK3-selective inhibitor (IC50 = 7 nM), inhibiting JNK1 only at much higher concentrations (IC50 = 170 nM) and exhibiting little activity against p38 even at concentrations as high as 20 µM. Shown to inhibit streptozotocin- (Cat.
