Descrição detalhada : Rapid test for the detection of Salmonella in foods, SINGLEPATH(R) Salmonella is an immunological screening test performed from only selective enrichment culture. This is an immunochromatographic rapid test based on gold-labeled antibodies. This lateral flow test is a convenient and simple-to-use, one-step device. The test provides clear presence/absence results within 20 minutes after sample enrichment. The detection limit can be regarded as less than one colony forming unit in a 25 g food sample, depending on serogroup. SINGLEPATH(R) devices can be decontaminated by autoclave, bleach, etc. No additional equipment expenditure is needed. For optimized enrichment, our granulated culture media is recommended.
