Shows only weak inhibitory activities against Ca2+-dependent protein kinase (CDPK), MLCK, PKC, and cyclic nucleotide-binding phosphatase., A potent, cell-permeable, specific inhibitor of protein kinase A (PKA; IC50 = 30 nM).
