Descrição detalhada : The CpGenome Rat Methylated Genomic DNA Control is an ideal control or standard in DNA methylation studies. This methylated standard is generated using multiple strand displacement amplification of rat genomic DNA using Phi29 DNA polymerase followed by a treatment with a CpG Methylase. This process results in a DNA standard which contains >= 95% methylated cytosines across the genome in both heterochromatic and euchromatic regions.
