Descrição detalhada : The CpGenome Rat Unmethylated Genomic DNA Standard is ideal for use as a control or standard in DNA methylation studies. This unmethylated standard is generated using multiple strand displacement amplification of rat genomic DNA using Phi29 DNA polymerase. This process results in a DNA standard which contains >= 95% unmethylated cytosines across the genome in both heterochromatic and euchromatic regions.
