Descrição detalhada : Milnacipran, sold under the brand names Savella(R), Ixel(R), Dalcipran(R), or Toledomin, is a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) used in the treatment of depression. In 2009, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved milnacipran for management of the chronic pain disorder fibromyalgia, making it only the third drug approved in the US for this indication besides duloxetine and pregabalin.
