Descrição detalhada : A cell-permeable benzamide compound that acts as an effective inhibitor against RhoA- and RhoC-mediated cellular activities by targeting signaling events downstream of Galpha12/13 and RhoA/C, affecting MKL recruitment and/or postrecruitment function of MKL1, but not SRF-SRE interaction or ROCK kinase activity. CCG-1423 is shown to inhibit RhoC-dependent cell growth in A375M2 and SK-Mel-147 (IC50 <=300 nM) and block RhoC/ Galpha12-mediated PC-13 invasion in Matrigel assays (by ~90% at 3 µM). Shown to inhibit MICAL-2 with a Ki of 1.5 µM.
