Download your certificate at: http://www.sigma aldrich.comTebutam is a selective benzamide herbicide, used for the pre-emergence control of annual broad-leaved and grass weeds, including volunteer cereals, in oilseed rape and brassicas, at 2800-3600 g/ha. According to the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2076/2002 of 20th November 2002, tebutam is not approved for use in the European Union (EU) as a plant protection agent, following the Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009. But a default maximum residue limit of 0.01 mg/kg is set for the presence of tebutam in products of plant and animal origin, according to Art 18(1)(b) Reg 396/2005.
