Descrição detalhada : A cell-permeable, potent, and selective activator of Wnt signaling that does not inhibit the activity of GSK-3beta (IC50 >60 µM). Shown to mimic the effect of Wnt and induce beta-catenin and TCF (T-cell fate)-dependent transcriptional activity (EC50 = 700 nM in HEK-293T cells). Reported to cause substantial head defects during Xenopus embryonic development., A cell-permeable pyrimidine compound that acts as a potent and selective activator of Wnt signaling without inhibiting the activity of GSK-3beta (IC50 >60 µM).
